SAGE ships only within the contiguous United States, for a flat fee of $5.99 for the first item, plus $5 for each additional item.

All product is shipped UPS ground, directly from the manufacturer. Shipping time varies from 7 to 10 business days.

Currently, we can only ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, or Internationally.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Warehouse Processing Time

All orders take 1-2 business days for warehouse processing to ensure order accuracy.

* Shipments to P.O. boxes are not permitted. For cart orders exceeding $500, your order will ship Signature Required. For oversized products, a surcharge will be applied by the carrier chosen. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.


To return your merchandise, please follow these simple steps:

Send an email to “Returns” with your:          

  • Name
  • Email
  • Order number
  • Merchandise item(s) to return.

Once we receive your request to return, we will send you a UPS shipping label.  Pack your merchandise in original packaging, affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.  Drop it off at a UPS service center or call UPS for pickup.


Making an exchange with us is easy.

1. Return the pair you have. (See Return instructions above)
2. Place a new order online. (Remember shipping is free in the contiguous US.)
*When we get your old boots back we will refund the credit card used with your original order.

  • Stock is more accurate. (Inventory will have changed by the time your return gets back to us.)

Why can’t I mail in my exchange?

Because our stock is always changing we are finding customers don’t get the best experience when they mail in a request that we can’t fulfill. Our new process is faster and more accurate.

What if I don’t want the charge for two pairs on my card at the same time? If you don’t want the charge for two boots on your card at once, you can wait until you get an email from us saying that your card has been refunded and then you can place your replacement order online as soon as you see the credit appear on your statement. (This can be 7-10 days after the refund was credited depending on your bank.)
